Job Title: Market Conduct Investigation Manager - Insurance
Job Duration: 6months contract
Salary: Up to S$7,000/month
Morgan McKinley is seeking a Market Conduct Investigation Manager for a 6 month contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations related to market misconduct complaints, ensuring timely follow-up actions are taken.
- Perform comprehensive market conduct compliance reviews, monitoring effectiveness and implementing necessary follow-up actions.
- Liaise with relevant Regulators and Government Agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain, revise, and enhance policies and procedures for the effective operation of distribution compliance activities.
- Act as a cover for the team leader and members during their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Must have 2-3 years experience in market conduct investigations, compliance, or regulatory roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of market regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compliance monitoring tools.
