We are partnering with a leading global manufacturer. The role will work closely with regional factories and global brand partners to ensure alignment with social, environmental, safety, and quality compliance expectations. You will support both strategic compliance development and hands-on operational readiness for brand and customer audits.
This role is open to both Big 4 candidates (risk, sustainability, internal audit, supply chain assurance) and inhouse compliance / governance professionals from manufacturing, consumer goods, textiles, or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end compliance programs across regional manufacturing locations.
- Lead preparations for brand, social, environmental, and HSE audits conducted by international customers.
- Oversee corrective actions (CAPs), ensure timely closure, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement internal compliance frameworks, SOPs, and training.
- Act as the key liaison between internal teams, auditors, and global brand compliance representatives.
- Identify risks and provide recommendations on process, governance, and sustainability improvements.
- Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership on compliance performance and emerging risks.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in compliance, social/brand audits, or assurance.
- Industry exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, footwear, apparel, textiles, or consumer goods.
- Familiarity with global brand compliance frameworks and social/environmental audit standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and cross-border stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to regional manufacturing sites when required.
- A proactive, structured, and solutionsoriented approach to compliance and sustainability.
