Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage client onboarding and periodic review processes.
Develop, review, and implement company policies and internal regulations.
Design and monitor control frameworks to prevent, detect, and address breaches of regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Oversee compliance-related business operations, including policies, investments, and procedures.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and continuously enhance compliance frameworks.
Review procedures, reports, and processes periodically to identify potential risks or non-compliance issues.
Assess new and future business initiatives to identify compliance risks and provide advisory support to the Products and Research teams.
Prepare compliance reports for senior management and external regulatory authorities, as required.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other relevant statutory bodies.
Liaise and coordinate with MAS on reporting requirements, regulatory submissions, and follow-up queries.
Stay updated on regulatory developments, industry standards, and best practices in compliance and governance.
Review colleagues work when required to identify compliance gaps and provide guidance or training.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
