Job Description

We are partnering with a fast-growing digital asset and OTC trading platform expanding its global licensing footprint. This role offers direct exposure to cross-border regulatory strategy and hands-on involvement in scaling compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in licensing execution, AML governance, and building scalable compliance infrastructure in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end regulatory license applications across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., Australia, offshore and emerging financial centres), including regulatory filings, documentation preparation, and authority liaison.
  • Assist in building and enhancing group-wide compliance, AML/CFT, and risk management frameworks aligned with applicable regulatory regimes.
  • Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies, internal controls, and governance procedures to ensure regulatory consistency across business units.
  • Manage KYC onboarding standards, customer risk assessments, transaction monitoring escalations, and AML-related advisory matters in line with global regulatory expectations.
  • Design and deliver compliance training programs while fostering a strong risk and compliance culture across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ Years Compliance Experience
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, or governance within financial institutions, fintech, payment platforms, OTC trading desks, or digital asset exchanges.
  • Licensing & Regulatory Exposure on Hands-on involvement in financial license applications, renewals, or regulatory engagement across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of OTC trading, crypto exchanges, payment services, or capital markets regulatory environments preferred.
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in high-growth environments and building compliance processes from the ground up.
  • Strong written and verbal English required; Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous.
