Summary
As a Compliance Intern, you'll support the review and remediation of 3,000-5,000 client records to ensure they meet government regulations and the Group's AML/CFT policies. You'll help review client data, conduct screenings, identify gaps, and assist in due diligence checks. Regular updates to your supervisor on progress will also be part of your role.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, update, and maintain client data in the KYC.com system.
• Follow up with internal teams on KYC-related matters.
• Check completeness of KYC records and perform due diligence.
• Screen clients for risk and escalate issues when needed.
• Prepare reports on findings and keep records up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum O Levels or Diploma in Business, Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Companies Act and ACRA regulations
• Prior related experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Discreet with sensitive and confidential information
