Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst to support regulatory, compliance, and finance data reporting. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to develop financial regulations, audit data structures, and business workflows while building strong technical data skills. You will work closely with senior data leads, compliance, finance, and risk teams to ensure accurate and traceable regulatory data delivery across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support regulatory and financial reporting data preparation and validation
• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines for compliance and audit reporting
• Extract and analyze data from Data Lake / Databricks / SQL environments
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of regulatory and finance data outputs
• Assist in monitoring regulatory reporting requirements and internal data definitions
• Work closely with Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Data teams on daily data requests
• Document data logic, definitions, and reporting processes for audit traceability
• Continuously improve data automation and reporting efficiency

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years experience in data analysis, finance, audit, or compliance-related roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL & Python,
• Basic understanding of financial services / trading / fintech industry preferred
• Exposure to Databricks, or data lake environments
• Willingness to learn regulatory, audit, and financial reporting frameworks
• Familiarity with trading data (CFD, equities, derivatives) is a plus
