• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and external advisers regarding compliance frameworks and business impact.
• Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of internal policies to maintain alignment with relevant regulations.
• Supervise the compliance monitoring program and conduct comprehensive risk reviews across various business units.
• Provide expert advisory to internal stakeholders on complex regulatory matters and emerging compliance requirements.
• Manage and develop the local compliance team while overseeing the accuracy of all regulatory filings and examinations.

skills and experience required

• Proven experience in a senior compliance capacity within the wealth management, fund management or private banking sector.

• In-depth knowledge of local regulations and the ability to interpret complex legislative changes for business application.

• Strong track record in managing relationships with regulators and external professional advisers.

• Excellent communication skills to deliver strategic compliance advice to senior management and diverse business teams.
