Compliance Director (MAS License)

We are currently in the process of applying for the MPI license under MAS, while building a scalable compliance framework to support high-volume gaming transactions and future payment gateway services.

As part of this expansion, we are looking for a Compliance Head to lead and manage the compliance team, oversee regulatory matters, and support the company's licensing and long-term compliance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end MAS licence application
2. Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including:

• Business model description (gaming + payments flow)
• AML/CFT framework
• Risk assessment
• Compliance policies & SOPs

3. Act as primary liaison with MAS during review process

4.Establish full compliance program:

a.KYC / CDD / EDD procedures

b.Transaction monitoring rules (gaming wallets, top-ups, withdrawals)

c.Sanctions screening

5.Draft internal policies aligned with MAS AML/CFT Notices

Requirements

1. 6-10+ years in compliance (payments / fintech / banking preferred)
2. Hands-on experience with MPI license applications and understand the process in license application.
3. Ability to work with product & tech teams (not just legal/compliance mindset)
