Compliance Counsel, Oil & Gas

Kerry Consulting is working with a Tier 1 Commodity Trading Firm that is currently looking to hire a Compliance Counsel to join their compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing industry that places a strong emphasis on compliance and ethical business practices. Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the organization&aposs Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) compliance efforts across the Asia-Pacific region. You will assist to implement and manage the ABC Compliance Framework across the region, including policies and controls related to anti-bribery, anti-money laundering (AML), and counterparty due diligence. You will oversee risk identification and mitigation efforts as well as conducting high-risk due diligence reviews.

Requirements

In order to succeed in this position, you should have a strong experience in compliance matters with deep understanding on ABC matters across the APAC region. You should possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
