Compliance Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance - Audit

Job Description

• Support Partners and Managers in business development, client engagement, and stakeholder relationship management

• Assist in preparing pitch materials, sector insights, and tailored client proposals

• Coordinate with external professionals (financial advisors, legal counsel, auditors, valuers, company secretaries, share registrars) to deliver advisory services and execute transactions

• Maintain regular communication with regulators and support resolution of regulatory matters

• Advise client companies on listing compliance obligations and corporate governance, under guidance of senior team members

• Review corporate actions, including announcements, circulars, and press releases, to ensure regulatory compliance

• Manage regulatory submissions and respond to regulator queries in a timely manner

• Prepare regulatory updates, internal committee papers, and documentation for SGX submissions

• Monitor clients share price movements and media coverage

• Take ownership of timelines, deliverables, and quality control in a lean team environment

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development

• Identify and implement process improvements

• Support internal projects and ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Catalist Sponsorship, corporate finance, external audit, or related areas

• Strong commercial awareness with proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills with high attention to detail

• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• High professional integrity with strong ethics and confidentiality standards
