Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize existing compliance programs to address compliance risks effectively.
- Regularly monitor and report on critical compliance activities, including status updates and mitigation actions.
- Maintain and update the manual on compliance processes and procedures to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on business activities in relation to current and future regulatory frameworks, evaluating the impact of key outputs from regulators and industry bodies.
- Conduct internal investigations related to compliance issues and generate comprehensive investigation reports.
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law or business is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance-related roles, particularly in relevant sectors.
- Proven expertise in risk management, post-transaction monitoring and analysis, and a solid understanding of International Sanction and Trade Embargo regulations.
- Knowledge of Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Data Privacy and Protection, Anti-Money Laundering, and Know Your Customer programs.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
