About the Role

We're looking for a Compliance & Analytics Intern to join us this summer.

You'll be part of the team that ensures Antalpha operates safely and responsibly, while also helping to turn data, regulations, and research into clear insights for the business.

This internship is ideal for students who enjoy analysis, research, and structured thinking, and want exposure to compliance, governance, and digital finance.

What You'll Work On

Compliance Support

  • Help monitor potential compliance or regulatory risks.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures.
  • Support compliance checks, audits, documentation, and reporting.
  • Track regulatory developments in fintech and digital assets.

Analytics & Research

  • Conduct research on regulatory trends, market developments, and industry practices.
  • Analyse internal data to support compliance monitoring or reporting.
  • Prepare clear summaries, tables, and recommendations based on findings.

Slides & Communication

  • Help build slides and presentations for internal reports, training materials, and management updates.
  • Organise information so that it's visually clear and easy for teams to understand.
  • Work with Legal, Risk, Operations, and Product teams to turn insights into actionable materials.

Who You Are

  • Undergraduate majoring in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, Data, or related fields.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, organised, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Curious about financial regulations, digital assets, and how companies stay compliant.
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets) and willing to learn new tools.
  • Strong communication and slide-building ability; Mandarin is a plus.
