About Our Client

Job Description
- Act as the local Compliance Officer, leading all Singapore regulatory and compliance matters and serving as the main liaison with MAS.
- Provide compliance advisory to business stakeholders, supporting interpretation and application of MAS regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain and enhance the Regulatory Obligations Register, ensuring all regulatory requirements are clearly mapped, tracked and embedded into business processes.
- Deliver the compliance monitoring programme, including thematic reviews, control assessments and governance reporting.
- Support regulatory engagement, including MAS queries, inspections, filings and implementation of regulatory changes .
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance within the insurance sector in Singapore.
- Strong experience in compliance advisory, regulatory interpretation and MAS engagement.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks, monitoring programmes and governance/reporting processes.
- Experience supporting or maintaining regulatory obligations registers/compliance frameworks is advantageous.
- Stable career track record with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
