Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain KYC and related compliance documentation for business entities.
- Develop, manage, and deliver compliance training programs across multiple formats.
- Support internal and external audits and follow up on findings.
- Monitor performance indicators and provide periodic reports.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Assist with ad-hoc compliance, risk, and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1 year experience in fraud risk, investigations, compliance, or internal controls.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks including AML, sanctions, and compliance standards.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
