Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Lead. The primary responsibilities include managing compliance processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, analyzing compliance risks, and maintaining up-to-date policies on legal and regulatory matters. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external regulatory bodies, along with drafting and reviewing compliance reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and a solid understanding of industry regulations
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and monitor compliance risks effectively
• Good working experience and knowledge of AI
• Experience in Legal Compliance and managing regulatory requirements
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with internal teams, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders
• Ability to keep updated on global and regional regulatory changes and ensure their proper implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications, such as CAMS, ICA or experience in fintech, will be an advantage
