We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior / Compensation Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in the compensation practices across the South Asia & Oceania region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate salary proposals to ensure internal equity and alignment with market benchmarks.
- Assist in annual compensation processes, including salary review, incentive payout, and budget preparation.
- Ensure compensation practices comply with local statutory requirements and internal company policies.
- Prepare compensation analysis reports and data for ad-hoc requests and manpower planning.
- Support monthly payroll validation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to regional HR projects.
- Maintain and update HR systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee compensation data.
- Support system enhancement initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
