  • Provide consistent, practical guidance to management, HR teams, and employees on all C&B-related matters.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on promotions, salary adjustments, incentives, and benefits.

  • Evaluate ad hoc compensation requests against market benchmarks using survey data and analytical tools.

  • Manage and maintain HRIS and payroll systems, including system upgrades and implementation projects.

  • Lead the annual increment (AI) process regionally, ensuring clear governance, timelines, and successful execution.

  • Develop tools, frameworks, and reporting materials to support HR teams in managing compensation review cycles.

  • Conduct market benchmarking and data analysis to ensure external competitiveness and alignment with compensation philosophy.

  • Participate in and support ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field relevant certifications in compensation or rewards are advantageous.
