Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist based in Singapore. The specialist will be responsible for designing and managing compensation structures, conducting job evaluations, and analyzing salary trends to ensure a market-competitive compensation program. Daily tasks include creating compensation plans, overseeing salary operations, and working closely with HR to align pay structures with organizational goals. The specialist will also analyze data trends to support decision-making and ensure fairness and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Compensation Planning, Compensation Structures, and Compensation Management
  • Experience in Job Evaluation to assess roles and align them with compensation frameworks
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify trends
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
