Your new role
As an HR Specialist/Manager (Compensation & Benefits), you will take ownership of developing, implementing, and managing total rewards strategies and performance management frameworks. This is a newly created role, offering the chance to build structures from the ground up and make a direct impact on the organisation with significant visibility and strategic impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and manage salary structures, job grading, and reward programs.
Conduct benchmarking, market surveys, and equity reviews to ensure competitiveness.
Lead compensation reviews, including budgeting, merit increases, and bonus cycles.
Oversee employee benefits, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
Support performance management processes and partner with managers for consistency.
Provide insights and analytics on pay trends and effectiveness of reward programs.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should bring strong handson Compensation & Benefits experience. You should have a proven track record in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and establishing grading frameworks, along with experience in benefits management and vendor negotiations. Maturity, independence, and confidence to engage both leadership and various stakeholders will set you apart.
