Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits Management
- Review, design, and implement Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programmes, policies, and processes.
- Manage salary benchmarking, salary proposals, salary budgeting exercises, and incentive schemes administration.
- Oversee annual performance appraisal cycles and support compensation planning activities.
Payroll, HR Operations & Compliance
- Partner with HR Shared Services (BSC) to ensure accurate payroll processing, claims administration, and personnel data management.
- Manage payroll-related activities including CPF, statutory claims, tax clearance, final settlements, overtime, AWS, and incentive payments.
- Maintain HR systems (SAP, Prosoft) and ensure data accuracy for employee lifecycle changes.
Benefits & Employee Programmes
- Manage employee benefits programmes, vendor relationships, insurance renewals, and claims administration (medical, insurance, WICA).
- Review, update, and communicate HR policies and employee handbook content.
Industrial Relations & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Shared Services, unions, vendors, brokers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives.
- Support collective agreement renewals and employee relations matters where applicable.
Governance, Reporting & Projects
- Lead internal/external audits, statutory reporting, labour surveys, and compliance activities.
- Drive HR projects and initiatives assigned by the HR Director.
Requirements
- University education or Diploma in Business. Studies/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Min 5 years of work experience in a C&B role
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills especially Excel skills on spreadsheet (pivot, vlookup, formula)
- Ability to research, analyse and translate data into context for stakeholders review (Management Team)
- Knowledge of Success Factors, HRIS (SAP, Payroll system like ProSoft) would be advantageous
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices.
