Job Title: Associate, Distribution Sales Support – Compensation
Job Duration: 12 months - highly renewable or convertible!
Salary: up to S$3,500 -5,000 per month
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate in Distribution Sales Support – Compensation to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, support process improvements, and manage distributor-related requests within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ad hoc payment requests ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and automate working templates and reports using VBA and Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries and issues
- Participate in projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required
- Process income statement requests from distributors within SLA
- Handle additional ad hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in distribution channel compensation or similar finance/accounting roles in the insurance industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA scripting and report automation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Ability to support process improvements and adapt to changing priorities
