Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a respected organization to appoint a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. Based in Singapore, this role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping competitive total rewards practices that support the attraction, retention, and engagement of talent across the business.
You will support the full spectrum of compensation and benefits activities, ensuring that programs remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs. You will contribute to the review of salary structures, conduct market benchmarking, and manage the annual salary review and bonus cycles. Alongside this, you will manage job evaluations and provide insights that help shape pay decisions and maintain internal equity. You will also oversee the administration of employee benefits, manage renewals, monitor utilization trends, and recommend enhancements that strengthen employee engagement. You will support compensation and benefits projects and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, together with 3 to 6 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or HR analytics. Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in Excel, familiarity with HRIS platforms are essential. Ability to thrive in a data‑driven environment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and handling highest level of discretion when handling sensitive information is required.
