Job Summary

Lead and develop international HR strategies and policies to optimize staffing, compensation, and performance management. Drive HR process efficiency and deliver impactful projects supporting business growth across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Headquarter HR policies and processes to align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Analyze and monitor HR metrics to identify workforce trends and support strategic decision-making
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Compensation & Benefit strategies to attract, motivate, and retain talent across regions
  • Design and manage international Human Resources functions including staffing, policy deployment, process optimization, and performance management to support business objectives
  • Supervise daily HR operations by guiding HR administrative team members to improve efficiency and service quality
  • Draft clear, effective HR policies and proposals that address organizational needs and regulatory compliance
  • Manage and deliver major HR projects that drive measurable business impact and support organizational growth

Required competencies and certifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, HRIS, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Project Management, Recruitment, Training & Development, and HR Policy formulation
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking overseas stakeholders and review relevant business communications and documents
  • Knowledge of Singapore and Southeast Asia labor regulations and working environments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience demonstrating resilience, trustworthiness, ambition, teamwork, and strong communication skills
