What It&aposs About

We are seeking a highly motivated Company Secretary to join our global team. As a Company Secretary, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards while supporting our wider team on numerous initiatives, including the integration of AI tools into our daily work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide company secretarial support in the preparation and coordination of meetings for entities located in various jurisdictions - including the preparation of meeting agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, obtaining approval for minutes and following up on action items with relevant business stakeholders
  • Fulfilment of regulatory, legal and contractual obligations including liaising with and assisting global offices and external service providers in relation to filings with local registries
  • Incorporation and dissolution of companies such as funds and other type of companies in various jurisdictions in Asia-Pacific and the Americas
  • Maintain accurate records and statutory registers
  • Work with other members of the global company secretarial team to ensure alignment of global governance and documentation
  • Support ongoing global projects and initiatives
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks where necessary

What We Expect

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English, any additional language is an asset
  • University degree (preferably with a legal background) and/or relevant professional qualification or part qualification (preferably ICSA or equivalent)
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in the role of a company secretary, fund or trust administrator, or equivalent
  • Proficient with MS Office and AI tools
  • Experience with the organization of board meetings
  • Knowledge and understanding of business entity formation and liquidation
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible to a dynamic task portfolio
  • Ability to integrate in a dynamic and multi-cultural global team
  • Reliable, able to work independently and highly organized with a keen eye for detail
