Job Description


  • Prepare ACRA fillings/ documents for clients
  • Handle with spectrum of Corporate Secretarial work
  • General corporate secretarial duties
  • Update and maintain of statutory registers and records, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Handle other corporate or ad-hoc duties when necessary


  • Minimum A Level/ Diploma in Business Administration
  • Candidate with relevant work experience is an advantage fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Able to multitask and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Good written and conversational skills in English
