Assist in managing the Group's company secretarial and regulatory compliance matters across Malaysia and various jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Assist in preparing and maintaining corporate secretarial documents and records, including board/shareholder resolutions, statutory registers, letters, and regulatory filings.
Assist in handling various corporate exercises, including incorporations, appointment/resignation of directors and officers, changes in shareholding, restructuring, registered office changes, strike-offs, and other corporate actions.
Monitor and follow up on statutory and regulatory deadlines, ensuring required filings, documents, and information are submitted in a timely manner.
Coordinate with external company secretarial firms, registered agents, legal advisers, and other professional service providers on incorporations, corporate changes, statutory filings, and regulatory matters.
Liaise with internal departments, management, and overseas stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate corporate secretarial and regulatory matters across different jurisdictions.
Perform other company secretarial, compliance, and related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration, Company Secretarial, Business Administration or a related discipline.
1–2 years of relevant experience in company secretarial, corporate administration, legal, compliance, or a related field.
Willingness to learn and handle cross-jurisdictional corporate secretarial matters.
Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
