Job Summary
Provide safe and punctual transportation for senior management and visitors while maintaining vehicle upkeep and assisting with administrative and dispatch tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport senior management and visitors to designated locations to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of assigned vehicle(s) to support operational readiness
- Monitor fuel levels, tyre pressure, engine oil, and servicing schedules to prevent vehicle breakdowns
- Arrange vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections promptly to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Assist with simple administrative or dispatch duties to support company operations
- Handle delivery or collection of documents and submission of bank documents when required
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
- Maintain a clean driving record with no serious traffic offences
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess 2-5 years of driving experience to ensure confident and safe driving
- Demonstrate good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic conditions for efficient route planning
- Exhibit punctuality, responsibility, and safety consciousness to uphold company standards
- Show good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with management and colleagues
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and occasionally drive to Malaysia to meet operational needs
