POSITION SUMMARY
Working under the supervision of the Manager, the incumbent will be required to chauffeur the executive directors and family members and responsible for the upkeep cleanliness and maintenance of vehicles, home, and office premises.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Chauffeuring Company Directors and family members.
- Facilitate airport pick-ups for VIP visitors, corporate guest and transportation during official visits.
- Upkeep cleanliness and maintenance of vehicles regularly.
- Assist in the Office & family daily administration.
- Liaise with contractors/vendors on home and office maintenance.
- Compliance to the Workplace Safety, Health & Security policy.
- Report any incident, accident, near miss, occupational disease, dangerous occurrence, or suspicious risks associated with the threat of terrorism.
- Ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess valid Class 3 and Class 2B driving license.
- Good driving skills with minimum 5 years experience.
- Clean driving record and very familiar with Singapore roads.
- Willingness and ability to perform hands-on handyman tasks.
- Able to work overtime on frequent weekends & Public Holidays.
