Company Driver

Job Responsibilities

. Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, visitors, goods, and documents.

. Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off arrangements.

. Comply with all Singapore traffic laws and road safety regulations.

. Perform ad-hoc driving, dispatch, and logistics duties as assigned.

. Maintain cleanliness and good condition of company vehicles.

. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.

. Report vehicle defects, damages, accidents, or servicing requirements promptly.

. Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, ERP, parking, and related expenses.

. Ensure confidentiality of passenger and company information.

Support other operational or administrative duties when required.

Job Requirements

. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

. Familiar with Singapore roads, traffic conditions, and regulations.

. Good driving record with safe driving habits.

. Responsible, punctual, and professional in conduct.

. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

. Physically fit and able to assist with light loading/unloading duties when required.

. Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when necessary.

. Prior experience as a company driver, personal driver, or delivery driver will be an advantage.

. Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to liaise with Chinese-speaking management and stakeholders.

. Possess good interpersonal and customer service skills.

. Professional, courteous, and able to interact appropriately with passengers and guests.

. Discreet, respectful, and able to maintain appropriate confidentiality and professional boundaries.

. Well-groomed and presentable appearance.

Preferred Skills

. Good time management skills.

. Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is preferred.

. Customer service-oriented mindset is an advantage.
