The Company Director will be directly responsible for managing all business matters, business development and setting the company's strategic directions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement the company's business strategies, plans and timelines in accordance to the company HQ's overall directions and ambitions
- Set comprehensive goals for business performance and growth of the company
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives
- Lead and inspire employees to carry out their duties with high performance and dedication
- Responsible for managing full spectrum of the company's operations, including but not limited to business development, business plan execution, people management, etc.
- Construct and maintain close relationships with key partners and stakeholders to develop a strong network for new business opportunities
- Negotiate agreements, renew existing profitable businesses and generate new commercial opportunities
- Report to company's Chairman in China on all matters of importance
Requirements
- At least 15 years of industry experience in Oil and Gas trading
- Experience in overseeing, managing and guiding all business functions including but not limited to Trading, Accounting, Treasury, Trade Finance, Operations, Shipping, HR, Admin etc.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to converse with all stakeholders
- Proven aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal charisma and public speaking skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities
- Strong negotiation skill with different stakeholders and counterparties
Compensation
