Behind every beautiful home transformation is a rock-solid operations team. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and reliable Company Admin to keep our office running like clockwork and support our leadership as we scale.
As our Company Admin, you will be the operational backbone of Eazi Reno. Your mission is to provide high-level administrative support to our Directors and Project Leads, ensuring that our team can focus on design and project delivery while you keep the documentation, scheduling, and day-to-day office operations seamless and compliant.
Support to Directors: Assist company Directors with calendar management, scheduling important meetings, preparing agendas, and handling confidential business correspondence.
Support to Project Leads: Work closely with our Project Leads to handle project-related paperwork. This includes preparing client quotations, managing contracts, issuing invoices, and updating internal project trackers.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems. Assist in ensuring that project documentation meets regulatory guidelines, building management requirements, and safety compliances.
Office Coordination: Manage daily office operations, including handling incoming calls, sorting mail, ordering office and pantry supplies, and welcoming occasional visitors.
Vendor & Client Liaison: Act as a dependable point of contact for suppliers, contractors, and clients regarding administrative inquiries, payments, and document collection.

Proactive & Independent: You don't wait to be told what to do. You anticipate the needs of the Directors and Project Leads and stay one step ahead.
Meticulous with Details: Whether it's a line item on a quotation or a clause in a contract, you spot the details that others miss.
A Team Player: You have a helpful, positive attitude and can communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels-from corporate directors to site contractors.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator (experience in construction, renovation, or interior design industries is a strong advantage).
High proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Workspace).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workloads, and work under tight deadlines.
