Key Responsibilities:
- Project Costing: Tracking expenses, managing variation orders, and overseeing subcontractor payments.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly/annual statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Developing project budgets and analyzing cost variances.
- Compliance: Handling GST, tax returns, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations (IRAS in Singapore).
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing invoices, purchase orders, and vendor/supplier relations.
- Collaboration: Working with project managers and other departments for financial insights.
- Audits: Assisting with internal and external audits.
Bacheleor Degree in Computer Science or Accountancy
Proven work experience as a Accountant
