Mobilize community members interested in contributing to their community's betterment, providing support and resources for their initiatives.
Manage the recruitment of volunteers for various programs, ensuring a steady and reliable volunteer pool.
Conduct volunteer orientation sessions, ensuring all volunteers understand and commit to the organization's code of conduct.
Identify and collaborate with suitable stakeholders, including corporate partners, community partners, and volunteers, to support the organization's programs.

Job Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
No experience required.
Experience in community development, volunteer management is an added advantage.
An excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possesses a keen interest in supporting less resourced families.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Good writing skills and comfortable with data collation for reporting purposes.
Empathetic towards the needs and challenges of less resourced families.
