Job purpose
The job holder drives partnership development and volunteer engagement to strengthen the organisation's senior-centric ecosystem, supporting active ageing across the sheltered home, senior care centres and active ageing centre settings and the community. The role oversees partner recruitment and management and ensures effective use of the Volunteer Management System to support the volunteer lifecycle, data integrity, and programme visibility, while building strong stakeholder networks to enhance programme reach and impact.

Duties and responsibilities
- Plan and execute programmes, including logistics coordination, operational setup, and on-site management to ensure smooth delivery and positive senior-centric experience.
- Support the planning and execution of key annual and ad-hoc events, including Community Appreciation Day and senior outings.
- Lead the identification, outreach, and engagement of potential partners across corporate, community, and educational sectors to expand partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners to co-develop and deliver meaningful programmes that enhance seniors well-being and quality of life.
- Oversee the administration of the Volunteer Management System (VMS), ensuring accurate data management, timely updates, and effective communication of volunteer opportunities.
- Support the end-to-end volunteer lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, deployment, engagement, recognition, and retention, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute volunteer engagement and appreciation initiatives, including programme planning, logistics, and on-the-ground facilitation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and delivery of volunteer-led activities and community programmes.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in community partnerships in social services agencies/government agencies/IPC charities.
- Able to work in the evenings, Saturdays and/or Sundays (ad-hoc)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
