As a Community Partnership Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our outreach efforts, ensuring smooth event coordination, and maintaining stakeholder engagement.

Database & Office Management
General Support
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in community outreach or social services
Strong organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail
Excellent communication skills - comfortable interacting with stakeholders of all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
Work Location: Simei
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
