Plan and organize a diverse range of activities and programs for active ageing services and inter-generational programs. Support the Centre Manager in implementing the eldercare project at the Active Ageing Centre.
Key responsibility areas:
Support the planning, coordination, and organization of outreach and public education events targeted at the general public.
Collaborate in the creation of outreach and corporate communication materials, such as signage, posters, banners, collaterals, messages, or emails, for mass communications.
Develop, review, and implement new membership programs aimed at engaging the public.
Facilitate the orientation and coordination of training sessions for volunteers.
Compile and submit reports, claims, documentations, or statistics to both internal and external stakeholders.
Undertake any other responsibilities as delegated by the Centre Manager or Management.
Required qualifications and experience
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
Proficient in planning activities and programs, with prior experience in outreach initiatives.
Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Patient and tactful, exhibiting exceptional interpersonal skills.
Competent in developing, organizing, and executing communication materials for programs.
Skilled in both written and spoken English, Chinese, and local major dialects to effectively engage with seniors.
