Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Support daily operations of community-based programmes
  • Coordinate activities to promote healthy living and ensure smooth service delivery to residents
  • Engage and work with community partners to align initiatives and operations within the assigned area
  • Assist in operations planning, including analysing operational data, monitoring workloads, and tracking KPIs
  • Identify workflow gaps and support the design, piloting, and evaluation of new processes to improve efficiency
  • Explore and assess technology solutions to enhance processes and ease operational workload
  • Evaluate outcomes of pilot programmes and support recommendations for next steps
  • Manage feedback from residents, coordinate investigations, and support service recovery where required
  • Analyse feedback trends to identify potential service gaps and recommend improvements
  • Perform other duties assigned by the reporting officer

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree in Healthcare/ Social Sciences/ Business or related studies
  • 2 - 4 years of working experience in operations/ community care/ service improvement within healthcare setting
  • Strong interest in operations, workflow improvement, and community-based care
  • Good analytical thinking, organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable engaging various stakeholders and supporting cross-functional coordination
