Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Community Nurse. The Community Nurse will be responsible for providing holistic nursing care, conducting health assessments, and supporting individuals with their healthcare and wellness needs. Responsibilities include administering treatments, providing health education, planning and organizing community-based health programs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care for patients within the community. The role involves building relationships with clients and their families to deliver compassionate and impactful support that aligns with TOUCH's mission.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Nursing Care, Patient Assessment, and Health Monitoring
  • Experience in Health Education, Wellness Management, and Community Health Programs
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, Empathy, and the Ability to Build Trusting Relationships
  • Effective Communication and Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams
  • Registered Nurse certification with relevant experience in community or healthcare settings
  • Ability to work on-site in Singapore and commit to a full-time schedule
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills for Planning and Executing Programs
  • Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and best practices
