We seek motivated and experienced content and community professionals to join our growing team in a challenging and fast-paced startup environment.

You will be part of a team bringing together Asia's most prominent thought leaders, founders, investors, and creators to form our community and work with us to build and maintain a thriving and engaged community experience for them.

The Day to Day Activities:

  • Formulate and refine strategies for community acquisition, activation, engagement and retention together with the management team.
  • Co-lead the community co-creation strategy and building of the Social Venture Studio with the management team.
  • Design and manage feedback loop from the community such as social listening and members surveys for accurate community sentiments for strategy formulations.
  • Organise and structure community growth and retention programmes/campaigns, leveraging on insights from the community and in-app metrics.
  • Project manage and track Community team OKRs and KPIs, in relation to maintaining Community Health, delivering values to members and driving collaborations and co-creation.
  • Project manage Community team workstreams (Content, Contributors Programme, Community Management/ Operations and Business Development).
  • Lead the execution of community strategies by the content and community team to ensure they tie back closely to company-wide goals and objectives.

The must Haves:

  • 6 to 10 years of strategic planning and complex project management with multiple parallel timelines and contingencies.
  • Experience in mapping out business or community strategies using strategic frameworks and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing and guiding a team.
  • Diploma or degree in business, communications, marketing or hospitality management related fields.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain/crypto/NFT terminology familiarity with community-building in the Web3/NFT space preferred.
  • Web3 native with proven experience in crypto/NFT project campaign management and/or community building is a strong plus.
