Role Description

As a Community Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for building and scaling our community and partnership programs (including events, content strategy, and engagement activities).You'll co-create the vision for these programs to drive product discovery, usage, retention, and growth. You'll be responsible for building a brand that our users and partners know and love. You will also lead private and public community events (virtual and in real life) as a key representative of the team. In short, you will create and execute events, content, and campaigns to attract new partners and users, and inspire current ones to grow with us. This role is based in our Singapore office with a hybrid remote schedule, but lots of community face time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4, maximum 8 years of experience in community building, partnerships, B2B marketing
• Excellent communication, networking, storytelling skills
• Track record of building and scaling engaged communities
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work within budget and timelines
• Ability to work independently in an early-stage, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Arts, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
