Community Experience Intern (Co-working Space | 6-Month Internship)

What you'll be doing:

• Be the friendly face of the centre—welcoming members, guests, and visitors with great energy
• Deliver excellent customer service by handling enquiries at the front desk, via email, and calls
• Support member move-in and move-out journeys to ensure a smooth and positive experience
• Assist in day-to-day centre operations to create a comfortable and productive environment
• Get involved in community events, engagement activities, and exciting centre initiatives
• Learn and follow SOPs while gaining real-world operational and service experience

What we're looking for:

• Passionate about customer service and curious about the co-working / flexible workspace industry
• Friendly, outgoing, and loves interacting with people
• Positive, proactive, and a strong can-do attitude
• Good spoken English and comfortable using Microsoft Outlook / Excel
• A team player who can also take initiative and work independently
• Students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
