Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day communications on Razer's social media channels like Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- Assist with managing an up-to-date calendar of social content, as well as community project organizing and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with daily media monitoring on social media, news outlets, and other relevant online platforms.
- Analyze and reporting on community trends, feedback, and engagement metrics to help optimize strategy.
- Perform ad-hoc department administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong in understanding social media trends, content creation, and online community engagement.
- Excellent in communication skills and passionate about fostering digital communities.
- Organized with project management and follow-through skills.
- Passionate about gaming.
- Experience in the use of social media management tools/software, and editorial content calendaring.
- Experience with moderating and building communities on Discord.
- Knowledge in Software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Able to commit 6 months, full-time for maximum exposure
