Community Engagement & Partnerships Assistant Manager

• Manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding, engagement, deployment and retention.

• Maintain volunteer databases and strengthen volunteer management processes.

• Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, schools, corporates, grassroots and community partners.

• Coordinate outreach, engagement and communications to support programme and Student Care enrolment.

• Manage donations-in-kind, including screening, distribution, acknowledgement and record-keeping.

• Maintain donor and donation databases and support donor engagement initiatives.

• Create and manage content for social media, websites, newsletters and other communication materials.

• Support the production of brochures, reports, videos and other organisational collaterals.

• Monitor and evaluate volunteer, outreach and media initiatives to improve effectiveness and engagement.

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications or related industries

• Min 3 years relevant experience

• Experience in charity/non-profit environment is an advantage

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)

• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio

• Salary Range: Up to $5000

• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
