Overall Job Responsibility
The Manager will undertake tasks related to public communications planning and execution and stakeholder management.
The Manager will develop, plan and synergise outreach work on future care planning (FCP) with a focus on the Special Needs Trust (SNT) including GOAL+ programme matching grant programme. The Manager will act as the primary point of contact for partner organisations and caregivers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop the outreach strategy including awareness building and education of SNT, GOAL+ and FCP.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing collaterals such as videos, brochures, annual reports etc., and streamline them by weaving in SNT/GOAL+ with FCP, where relevant.
- Procure and produce deliverables including resource packs/toolkits, talks at SPED schools, caregiver forums, training workshops and caregiver surveys.
- Draft press releases, newsletters, speeches, and official announcements.
- Create digital platforms and social media presence to publicise SNT, GOAL+ and FCP.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness of outreach efforts and adjust strategies based on data.
- Attend to SNT hotline calls, enquiry emails and walk-ins.
Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience
- A good degree in any discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in social service will be an advantage
- Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels confidently

- Good project management and organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Able to work independently and cope with fast-paced environment
- Familiar with Canva or other design software, MS Office applications and website design software
