Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage community engagement strategies across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant channels.
  • Onboard and support KOLs, trading communities, and power users, ensuring strong adoption and ongoing activity.
  • Create and deliver content, newsletters, and updates that keep users informed, engaged, and aligned with brand vision.
  • Design and execute community growth campaigns (referrals, incentives, gamification) to drive retention and participation.
  • Monitor and analyze community feedback and growth metrics, reporting insights to improve engagement and user satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • 35 years experience in community management, social media, or user engagement roles (crypto/fintech preferred).
  • Proven experience managing online communities and driving growth via outreach and activations.
  • Familiarity with crypto trading, Web3 communities, and influencer/KOL dynamics.
  • Strong content creation and communication skills, able to adapt tone for different audiences (retail, traders, enthusiasts).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
