We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our Community Team at our properties in Singapore. This is your opportunity to bring our brand promise to life and help cultivate a strong sense of belonging among our residents!

Selected candidates will be trained to deliver exceptional customer service, curate on-property events, and execute social media marketing strategies. They will report to the Assistant Operations Manager.

Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Community Supervisor role.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering and facilitating outstanding service to residents, representing the Weave brand in all aspects
  • Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residential community
  • Recognizing and anticipating/reacting to the changing needs, expectations, and emotions of our customers, working with all in-house teams to ensure that the brand and its products and services are all coordinated to deliver the greatest possible customer experience
  • Coordinating and executing community initiatives and events designed to develop resident relationships and help build both brand and property awareness in partnership with the Operations team
  • Be the go-to person for residents and coordinate with the on-property operations team to resolve resident issues with professionalism and patience
  • Reporting on resident suggestions with creative ideas to enhance living experience
  • Conducting property viewings to support our leasing strategy when needed
  • Executing social media marketing strategies at the property level in collaboration with the Marketing team

Requirements:

  • Strong people skills - approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
  • 3+ years of professional working experience with extensive time in a customer-facing setting
  • Background in boutique hotel, serviced accommodation, or co-working environments will be a plus
  • Experience in coordinating events will be a plus.
  • Experience in adapting to challenges, dealing with emergency or crises and managing conflict and complaints in a constantly changing environment.
  • Flexibility in schedule - work hours will be shift-based between an early shift (8am - 5pm) and a late shift (2pm - 11pm), and upon request, night shift (11am-8am)
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English. Other languages would be an advantage.
  • Holder of Certificate/Diploma or above in hospitality or related disciplines
