Role Overview
We're hiring a Community & Ambassador Manager to own SecondSwap's community and execute strategy across Telegram and L1 hubs. You'll manage our global ambassador program, ensure consistent engagement, and activate user participation around token launches and ecosystem events.
This is a full-stack community role: you'll need the judgment of a moderator, the organizational skills of a program manager, and the creativity to keep traders engaged week after week. You will collaborate with our Social Media Manager for Twitter and paid KOL campaigns, while owning ambassadors, grassroots KOL relationships, and all community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Moderate our Telegram group; support members with timely answers and keep conversations active around trading and token unlocks.
- Ambassador Program: Recruit, onboard, and manage ambassadors globally; provide playbooks, incentives, and recognition systems that keep contributors productive.
- Content & Product Alignment: Coordinate with product and content teams to deliver updates, token announcements, and educational materials into community channels.
- User Activation: Run polls, memes, contests, and trading challenges that encourage wallet connections, bids, and active participation.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Social Media Manager to align campaigns across Twitter and Telegram while ensuring the community retains its own distinct tone and rhythm.

- Weekly engagement activities and reporting (polls, contests, meme campaigns, conversation tracking).
- Ambassador program operations and reports (growth, activity, incentives delivered).
- Token-specific announcements and coordinated engagement campaigns for listings and unlocks.
- Community calls planned, hosted, and executed with clear CTAs for user action.

- Languages: Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is a strong plus.
