[6-month Internship - December 2025 to June 2026]
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications Intern to support the Communications team in Public Relations initiatives and delivering impactful content across our platforms. This internship offers hands-on experience in media relations, content creation, visual storytelling, and digital communications within the arts and culture sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Multimedia Production
- Assist in the creation of visual assets for campaigns, events, and social media using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut.
- Support video editing and post-production for promotional reels, interviews, and behind-the- scenes content using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software.
Public Relations and Corporate Communications Support
- Draft and edit copy for corporate comms and media materials such as e-newsletters, event listings, media alerts, social media etc.
- Conduct basic proofreading and formatting of documents, captions, descriptions, and other written materials.
- Provide Public Relations support in media engagement and events such as media previews, launches and briefings.
General Administration Support
- Basic office administration including but not limited to filing, archival of collaterals and other administrative duties
- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure programmes / festivals success
- To carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the AHG Management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Canva, CapCut etc.).
- Experience with photography and videography, including knowledge of camera equipment and lighting.
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media trends and platform-specific content formats. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in content creation or communications is a plus.
