Key Responsibilities:
Content Development
Capture photos and videos during community engagements (includes travel around Tengah Estate for photography, videography during community engagement/events)
Develop engaging content including video scripting, storyboarding, and video production
Produce content for various communication platforms
Campaign Management
Contribute ideas towards planning and execution of communication campaigns
Strategic Planning
Support the development and implementation of communication strategies
Leverage video as a primary medium to communicate organisational vision and mission
Develop human interest stories and other engaging storytelling formats
Stakeholder Engagement
Use video and digital content to simplify and communicate complex information to stakeholders
Other Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement annual communications plans
Identify and curate stories for publicity across various platforms
Maintain archive of community stories, photos, and videos
Manage social media platforms and grow digital presence
Develop monthly content calendar and produce relevant content (posts, videos, infographics)
Design and produce marketing materials (e.g. banners, posters, digital displays)
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Communications or related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in communications, content creation, or social media
Experience or strong interest in photography, videography, and digital content creation
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in tools such as Canva, CapCut Pro, and Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital trends
- Interest in current affairs, national policies, and community developments
- Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
Location: Tengah
Salary: Up to $3300/Month
Duration: From 27/04 (6 months)
Working Hours: 5 day work week, able to work both weekends. Flexible working arrangement during weekdays
