Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal and external communications strategies that strengthen brand presence and organisational messaging
- Craft compelling content across multiple formats including press releases, newsletters, corporate announcements, and digital platforms
- Ensure all communications are consistently aligned with the company's brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines
- Manage media relations by building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry platforms
- Monitor media coverage, public perception, and audience sentiment to identify opportunities and flag potential reputation risks
- Collaborate closely with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to deliver integrated and impactful communication campaigns
- Support crisis communication efforts by preparing timely, clear, and professional messaging for sensitive situations
- Plan and coordinate internal communication initiatives that foster employee engagement and a cohesive workplace culture
- Track and analyse communication campaign performance, translating insights into clear recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on communication trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and purposeful messages across diverse audiences and platforms
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
